Tim “Coach” Stewart, 64, of Pensacola, FL passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Mon., June 27, 2016.
He was born on Dec. 29, 1951 to the late Donald B. and Essie L. Frye Stewart in New Braunfels, TX. Tim worked 36 years in the Escambia County School System retiring at Workman Middle School. He was active as a Dean, a Coach and Teacher in Charge of the Redirections Program. Tim’s family was overwhelmed when he received the award for Teacher of the Year in 93/94 school year at Brownsville Middle School. He was President of the Bellview Baseball Organization and a member of the Myrtle Grove Baptist Church. His lifetime passion was working with children.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Paul Stewart; one brother, Bill Stewart; and one son-in-law, Jeff Cool.

Tim is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Debra “Debbie” Stewart; one daughter, Melissa Cool (fiancé Dalton Kast); three granddaughters, Ashley Cool, Summer Stewart and Memory Winter Moore; two brothers, Don (Darlene) Stewart and Roger Stewart; one daughter- in- law, Sarah Stewart; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
